ABOUT ASHLEY LAYFIELD
& ALT METHOD

My passion for health and fitness was ignited when I was crowned Miss Hawaiʻi and began preparing for the Miss America pageant. Throughout my career as a professional dancer, starting in New York with the NBA's Brooklyn Nets dance team, I searched for a workout that wasn't just effective, but also fun. Today, after 10 years as a top celebrity trainer in LA's competitive fitness industry, I'm excited to share with you my secret to getting the results you want.​
